What this project demanded
In a steelmaking complex an elevator is part of the production chain, not an amenity. Dust, temperature swings and continuous duty dictate both equipment selection and the maintenance regime. Delivering several units under EPC across steelmaking, acid regeneration, pelletising and office buildings means one contractor carried design-to-handover responsibility across environments with entirely different requirements.
